Default Smoked Turkey Breast, pRon

Picked this up on sale a few days ago, about 5.5#. I'd never smoked turkey breast before, so I went for it.

Seasoned it up under the skin with the Tasty Licks Savory Poultry and some butter slices, and then a light dusting of Plowboy's Yardbird on the outside.

Into the Weber Performer. I used a mix of lump and briquettes (ran outta lump) and threw in a few chunks of apple wood. I ran the temp at a target of 325* +/-, was pretty consistant for the most part.

At about an hour and 45 min.

Done, pulled it at 160*

Tented it while I fixed the rest, some scalloped taters and green beans.
It was very good, will definitely do it again.

All plated

A couple bites

Thanks for looking.

KC
