Default Hot weekend

Temps were 42c/108f outside this weekend. Here from the probes just laying in the shade before the cook...



But you have to eat. So I smoked some ribs and neck steaks. And grilled some wings.









I had to put a cold water pan in the smoker to keep it at 250f. Otherwise it was over 350. After putting the water pan it held steady for hours.
