Default Thanks IamMadman!--A Must Try BBQ Salad

IamMadMan sent me a couple of marinades and finally got around to using the one for the chicken. Thanks Bob!!

Bone in thighs

Submerged into the marinade

24 hours later

Trying something I really dug from ATBBQ. Changed a few things my way

Oh yeah babe

Ready for rest

Skins still on the grill

Grilled the romaine lettuce really quickly

Don't want to welt the lettuce

Pulled thighs

Toppings with salsa and ranch dressing

Chicken cracklins done

Chopped. Forget the meat the skins were insanely good

Time to eat!!!

So danged good. You have to try this. The smoky notes from the grilled lettuce and the crispy chicken croutons are out of this world.

Until now, I’ve always assumed that I could at least make a SALAD as well as Sako does.

I stand corrected.
