Smile BACON SALT! Isn't live great?

Hahah every once in a while something comes along that makes a pitmaster smile like a mad man!! I have never had BACON Salt before, but man its awesome.

i'll have to check out your video from home as i can't view from work. i make my own bacon salt as well. i made this using benton's bacon.....

Pitmasterx what is the shelf life? Does the salt preserve the bacon? Looks fantastic.

a long time.....i'd say at least a year, if you don't run out before you have to make more.

(i still had some my bro in law made me about a year and a half before i made another batch. he also gave me some smoked salt which is also outstanding.)
