Beef Ribs for dinner w/Pr0n

Decided to cook some beef ribs for dinner. Got a two pack from RD. averaged a little over a pound per bone.

Rubbed down.

Couple hours in at 275.

Fred Flintstone would be proud.

275 and then bumped it up to 325 in the foil because I was getting hungry.
