Default Awesome! Simply Awesome!

Cowgirl had this recipe on her blog and previously shared pron with the Brethren. It was one of those things that you look at and say"I could hit that". Well those photos stuck with me a little more than usual and I had to try it. All the usual stuff that Jeannie said but what I didn't realize is that by doing the cheap steak on the smoker it came out like brisket. From the homemade bread thru the steak and bacon, fried onions and the change of texture in the garden fresh lettuce finishing with the mayo/horseradish - it was awesome! Thanks Jeannie for keeping your blog where I found the recipe. Two 10"ers made alot of food.
Oh yeh, It did happen....

Artisan bread in 5 minutes(main recipe) done in a bacon greased cast iron fry pan with dry onion soup mix and bacon fat on top before it rises. Bacon never hurt anybody!!! LOL
