Default The Rub Co. Competition Style Chicken

I cooked some chicken last night so I could try out a new sauce I'm thinking about using. I did a half ass trim job, seasoned with The Rub Co. Competition Style Rub & The Rub Co. Barbeque Rub, and used a chunk of Cherry for smoke. I thought the flavor turned out really good so I'm anxious to see how it does in the next competition. Hope you enjoy the pics!

Looks like a solid 8! Maybe even a 9 with a good arrangement in the tray.
