Double Cherry grilled Lamb Blade Chops
Diggin' on SmokinAussie's Lamb tutorial, I would like to share some pics of one of my recent grill cooks.
Picked up some Anderson Farms Natural Lamb Blade Chops from Bill at The Butcher Shop Cafe. Used some Real Montana Natural Cherry Lump charcoal with some Cherry chunks for smoke and flash grilled them on a cast iron grate on the Performer. I used some Holland Grill Greek seasoning on two and Superior Farms California Garlic seasoning on the others.

Looking good!!!
Hey Brian, That coal says "easy to light" Does it have an accelerator? Man, I use HW lump, but I was in a pinch the other day and had to get some of those "easy to light" briquettes and was not impressed with the overall performance/aroma... Just curious what makes lump "easier" to light lol. Sorry, not jacking the thread... Cheers
