Our Caribbean Throwdown entry

Our Jamaican influenced entry for the Throwdown.
Jerk Rubbed some Beef steak and Chicken Thighs.

Gathered the Goodies for a Trinidadian savoury Corn based slice.

Cooked all , including Pineapple on the Weber kettle.
Steak was reverse seared.

Carabbean style Salad

Bought it all togethor

Great lookin grub. I personally would have picked the "brought it all together" pic. The meat just looked lovely there.

That looks awesome! I can only imagine the favors of the meat, pineapple and the jerk.

Like others, I am unfamiliar with the savory slice, but would live to give it a try.
