Default Lemon Duck

I needed some soft juicy chook for making salads but what do I see next to the chooks at the shop?
Ducks!!!
Not passing that up, so bought one home too!
Quartered a lemon, rubbed the cavity with Shaoxing wine, S&P and 5 spice powder and closed the duck up with the lemon inside.
Popped the duck and the chicken later, into the kamado.
The duck I will use to simply eat some, then use it in a variety of Asian dishes

Gorgeous! Looks like a tremendous amount of fat in the pan in the first pic. Saved that, I hope.
