Greetings everyone. I am really liking your forum.

I am a retired US Air Force C-130 pilot and am new to using a smoker.

I bought a Green Mountain Davy Crockett Grill and take it with me when I camp in our 5th wheel RV. I have been smoking prime rib for our Christmas dinner for 2 years now and I think I have that down but always interested in improving my technique.

Looking to learn from the best!

That sounds fascinating. I have heard of raising Tilapia, but shrimp is a new one.

I think if you can fly a C130 you can run a pellet grill pretty easy:thumb:
