I cooked chicken thighs on the RedHead

did you bread it? it looks fried

looks fantastic , recipe for the coating?

Sorry it took me a while to get back....


I start by washing and patting dry the thighs..
then I use a little of this lightly coated on each piece....

followed by a light dusting of this....

then a heavy dusting of this...

cook using an indirect heat setup for
35-40 minutes...

then gently rolled over the coals to crisp the skin....
