No manual with it, I have emailed Megamaster in South Africa to see if they still have the manuals. Worth a try.

Looks exactly like the rib racks for my bandera, well 'cept mine are black and those are purty-n-shiney. They're supposed to span across the smoke chamber, one in front, one in back and hold ribs. You had it close to right in the second pic. Supposed to go in those little holes in the rack slides, but yours are too wide to do it properly.
I find they don't work very well anyway and end up just using the regular racks and lay the ribs on them.
