Default Some new Tablescape Ideas

This is a continuation of this thread

Here are two new ones for 2011

The first is a granite slab tiered with a ceramic floor tile sample they house cheese and fruits.



The second slab houses the shrimp. We place the shrimp slab in the freezer for a couple of hours before serving.

Do you actually have clientele that eat all that fruit and cheese? When I catered my sister's wedding, nobody ate the $500 of vegetables and fruit I put out.

How much condensation do you have to deal with from a frozen slab of granite?

There was any noticeable condensation to deal with from the slab. I imagine, if it was hot there would be more.
