I'm in Austin and have a huge opportunity to be the only vendor for 3k+ people in May, I'm looking to rent a smoker big enough to hold 1000# of meat for a weekend. I've done some googling and nothing's turned up, anyone able to help out or direct me to whom might ? Thanks brotha's and sista's.
