PBC has a video out for smoked cranberry sauce. I'm definitely doing this

Cranberries in cast iron skillet
Add Apple juice, orange juice, lemon juice cinnamon stick and Jack Daniels. Smoke till berries pop. Or start to pop. I may have left something out. So....

Wonder if it will taste right if you cook it on a pooper. Too bad you don’t have a PBC to try it out!

I’ll end up not following instructions. Will sub BALi to extent possible
For instance dry-ish red wine for apple/orange juices, sweetened with pure maple syrup or local honey- I have a jar of Pueblo green chile jelly, maybe a spoon or two.

Probably great as is, I know me- Ill change it
