14 Pork butts on the smoker. Now time to find room for the 4 briskets.

Tip - run your butts 4 deep (front to back) will have room for the briskets.
(Unless there's a second shelf hiding somewhere)

What smoker are you using ?
 
Or stand them up and you will get alot more in there, sometimes I have used wood skewers to keep them spaced and then they hold each other up.

It's a home made one out of an old air tank.
