Brisket Stew
Ground and smoked brisket, some JD Breakfast Sausage-purple onion,purple potato, celery, smoked garlic fire roasted tomatoes. Chicken stock.

407BBQ Rub great as an all purpose seasoning too

That looks mighty good. I like purple potatoes, better than white or yellow ones. Hard to find here too like Titch said, but that looks fabulous!

I'd hit that! Looks good! Never tried the rub, but I live about six miles from 407 BBQ and just picked up dinner from there tonight. Super nice folks, and I'm glad to see their products out and about.
