Default made my 1st chili today

and i just looooooved it! the mrs couldn't handle the heat though

made it with:
2 bell peppers
onions
bacon
beef
diced tomatoes
kidney beans
1 habanero (with seeds)
1 jalapeno
chilipowder
chocolate
honey
and some other stuff

beef and bell peppers were grilled yesterday, cut them and mixed them with the peppers to stand overnight, and the chili was on the UDS for 5 hours with some hickory.
next time, a little less heat or the mrs, and it's perfect!

Wow, i don't know if I've used honey before, but I have definitely used other sweeteners before. Sure looks good!

That looks like a good recipe and an excellent chile. It doesn't appear to have too much chile to me.

The color on it is great, and it sounds like a tasty recipe.
