Default 8 LB Hen Turkey

Took the wife to Costco this morning to get a fresh turkey for thanksgiving. I found the 20 Lb one she wanted and out of the corner of my eye I see this 8 Lb hen calling my name. I had to do it season on going on the UDS at 275
