What should I cook?

Hey, I'd love to try something new this week. The wife and kids are or of town and I'd like to cook something they wouldn't generally like. I was thinking something like a nice medium rare tri-tip, but I'd love to see what other suggestions may be out there.

Ooo... I've never done lengua tacos before. That's a definite possibility. Let me crack out griddle too, I could get the whole outdoor kitchen going :clap2:
