Yesterday, Jaime "the Drill Sargeant" and I did a Human Resource Faire for the Santa Barbara Human Resource Association. It is a "freebie" whereby we get to showcase what we can do in terms of catering. I basically chalk it up to marketing expenses.

Jaime's banana's foster bread pudding with a caramel dolce, the pulled pork sliders and the MOINK Balls stole the show (thanks, Larry and Catina did the prep work)! We also had brownies, blondies, tri-tip slivers on baguette slices, cheese and fruit for that appearance thing.

We had our first request for Moink Balls for catering today for the California Int'l Airshow. Go Moink!

Where'd you get those mini rolls for the sliders? Are they a brand that might be available in Orange County, or is it a local only bakery?
