Tell Me This Don't Look Good
Alright it not BBQ but after seeing a brothers burger thread. I thought I could make a good Burger that wouldn't hurt my heart or my diet. Follow along as we have our dinner.
First I took a pot added beef broth and diced onion and simmered about 20 minutes. While this was going on I took 2 pounds of fresh mushrooms and sliced them in half. Then I added 1 cup of red wine and mushrooms and continued to cook. Once they were done I drained and spread out on a baking sheet. Sprinkled then with shredded Parmesan cheese. The burger is 97/7 w/turkey bacon and fat free mayo, fat free cheese and the fixins. Granted it not full of fat and may not be bbq but it sure was good. See Ya'll in the diet section.

Having to watch my health so close. I figure if life gives you lemons, eat them because I love fresh lemons.

Granted it could have used some salt, but alas, I am not permitted to have any. Even so with the addition of the banana peppers. It had just the right taste with out the salt. I could have easily ate more than one but fat free doesn't mean carb free so I stuck to one.
