Default UDS - Pound for Pound the END all of all smokers

Have not even read the post. My personal opinion is that it is.

I have cooked on just about everything and even considering the price of the egg and the durability and mass of an Oyler, UDS properly designed continuously amazes me and is as close to pit BBQ as anything... if you like the taste of that grease fog it has going for it.

It ain't too cool being a Jive Turkey This far from Thankgivin'

Pound for pound the Ugly Drum Smoker is by far the most awesome of all awesome cookers pound for pound. My Eggs are pound for pound heavier than all my Ugly Drum Smokers put together. Pound for pound, all my WSM's put together are lighter than all my Eggs, even if I took out the pizza stones and lava rocks from the waterpans which were meant for water, not sand or pizza stones and lava rocks or ceramic briquetts, which is why they are called waterpans anyway, but even if I cooked without the waterpans in my WSM's, they would still be pound for pound not as awesome as my Ugly Drum Smoker, which is why pound for pound they are........I forgot what I was gonna say

hear, hear to the drum..it is a great smoker and you cant beat its performance, affordability, and to be as unique or custom as you want it. There is nothing like making a UDS with your two hands, and how great it feels to get great food from something you made.
