Default Italian Fatty / Breakfast Fatty

Hey gang. I will try and get this photo posting thing down here but since these pics are so large and if it is OK, I will just direct you to my blog at the end of this.

The Italian Fatty
Chopped Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers
Mozzarella Cheese, Turkey Pepperoni and some Spaghetti Sauce
Stuff it all into an Italian Sausage log and wrap it in bacon.
Smoke for a couple of hours and enjoy.
I would drizzle some more sauce over after you cut it up and prepare for serving.

The Breakfast Fatty
Scrambled Egg, Fried Hash browns, Cheese and some onion.
Stuff it all into a Breakfast Sausage log and wrap in bacon.
Smoke for a couple of hours and enjoy.
An idea, drizzle some biscuit gravy over the sliced portion before serving.

If you want to check them out with some photos you can visit my blog at:
http://bossytyle.blogspot.com/2008/0...ian-fatty.html

Now I hope you all enjoy. I have some more projects in the works like this out of the box BBQ that I hope to share soon.

Have at it man. Enjoy! If you like something, take it, make it, put a spin on it, hell I don't care. Actually, my buddy came up with those. The filling makes one hell of a dip too.

Bottom line...ENJOY!
