Smoked a spicy sausage roll that I rubbed with Simpoly Marvelous sweet and spicy rub so I had something to gnaw on while we waited on the rest...

It was awesome...

Messing around and made a sweet potato cobbler, smells awesome, I will let you know later, lol...

And the bird, brined with Patio daddio's awesome brine and rubbed with some Plowboys I just got and had to try, and got some fruits and veggies for aromatics, plus doing double duty as stock forsome turkey and dumplings later this weekend...

Plus other stuff, and as the smoker is still good, I am doing some pork shot appetizers for the game later and smoking a meatloaf for tommorrow...

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1353626182.661717.jpg. 21 pounder, injected with a creole butter type concoction, patted down with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, S&P. Done in 4.5 hours. Cooked over lump and apple chunks. Delicious!

Here's my final product. Brined turkey in a brine with salt, turbinado sugar, SM Season All, and Yardbird. Rubbed with SM Season All and Yardbird. Smoked on the keg with maple at 375. Turned out fantastic.
