Cooking Mountain style spare ribs?
Just watched this video about cooking mountain ribs because ribs are on sale at my local Save A Lot and have thought about doing some like this. Anyone ever done them this way and what were your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Looks good. I have a kettle but would like to try that on the UDS....more room to spread out the ribs.

Great question. I kinda just let them go until they looked good. Then, after about 8 beers, I started taste testing them...

My mouth is watering and that looked pretty easy. At 4 hours and 275 they should be done and another few minutes on direct heat they should be wonderful. Yummy
