Yup ninth year of this rib cook-off, chili cook-off and car show.

I won it last year with my Kettle, seems to be a bit more and better competition here this year, so I’m gonna hafta to be on my A game.

No...
I thought about it, but didn’t want to stray far from what’s been proven.

Q-Salt (ribs) and Hot Salt (glaze) is what worked last year, so I stuck with that.
