Twenty-some years ago I lived in the Memphis, TN area, and used to grill "Hollywood cut ribs". They were pork, looked like half of the backbone, and and inch or two of rib bone. Relatively meaty, tender and very tasty, slathered in Maull's bbq sauce.
I'm wondering if they go by another name, or have gone by the wayside completely.
