I don't know. I just unboxed it today.

Inaugural cook is going to be some short rib reversed seared for main, and for appetizer some naan bread slightly charred on the grill to be crispy outside and doughy inside, brushed in olive oil (only the good stuff), and some imported POD Greek Feta cheese crumbled on top.
