I don't. But I do remember my first ribs. I'm sure I still have notes from my first butt.

To the OP - good luck with your cook!

I highly recommend keeping a log with notes including weather, recipes, what you did, temperature profiles and anything you want do do differently next time. Your cooks will get better faster if you don't rely on memory from one cook to the next!
 
The butt is at 180° right now. Is it normal to need to add charcoal twice during the cook?
