It is time to decide the winner of the [size=+2]"Roots"[/size] Throwdown!

While the "Roots and Chicken Sammich" Throwdown was technically one Throwdown, the whole idea was for there to be 2 different vote threads. People could enter one, or the other category, or even both if they wanted.

This vote thread is for those who entered dishes based on their "Roots".

The winner will be announced after the poll closes on Saturday 5/21.

I just read through the entry thread. After each entry, I swore that was the one I was going to vote for. Will work for BBQ was last, I guess he's my winner. :razz:

I had to vote for ecode's cold smoked salmon...we made my mom some last Saturday (incase she didn't like the lamb), of course I had to try a small chunk and have been craving it since. That's what's for dinner tomorrow night. Her plating was outstanding too I must admit!:thumb:
 
They all looked amazing, however I had to vote for the Artichokes! (The salmon was a very, very close second in my book).
 
Though a plate of everything is the best idea for me, had to go with the Salmon!
 
Man, I am bummed that I missed out on this one.
