American Royal 2010
I have been asked to assist the Smoking Scotsmens Bbq Team again this year.
I can't believe they asked me to come and be part of their team. I am so danged geeked here for 2 years in a row. I consider myself blessed one more time.

Congrats on the invite. The wife and I are hoping to get selected to judge the Open contest. Regardless we are heading to KC that weekend just to take in the spectacle that is the American Royal.

I am gonna be head cook with Pelletheads.com for the Open, last time I was there was 2006, and it was wholly different then the 1st time in 2003...Wonder what 2010 will have to offer, not sure what space yet...
