If we allowed indoor cooking, there would have been two great entries and mine...

My breakfast cooks are typically done in a single skillet. Not gonna go out in the snow and fire up my grill for a 3 minute omelet.

Damn, i was thinking of doing a chili cheese omelette, but just figured there would be a lot of entry's for this challenge. Also, i would have had to use my ninja never stick pan on my grill. I agree, some challenges really don't work well with the outdoor cooking methods. Trying to cook a omelette in 15F on a cast iron pan on a grill isn't easy. Myabe for you TX'ns and Florida'ins it is.

True, but we've done that before as an option when it's been a really nasty winter, as we've seen this year. Personally, I'd love to see a crockpot challenge TD.
