Default President's Weekend Pr0n

On my last visit to BBQ PD's shop, Dave mentioned that he noticed that I haven't been posting much lately. Work has been kickin my booty & I just haven't had that much time to post.

Here's what I did manage cook over the holiday weekend:

A little chicken & shallots stir fry (along with some broccoli, ginger, & garlic):





Served in a bowl over a bed of rice:



A Presidents Day 2 butts & a brisket cook on the SS-2:






I hope to find some more time to start posting more regularly again.
