Question Whole Hog Class in Massachusetts?

A few friends were thinking about taking a whole hog class in Massachusetts. A quick search didn't turn up any classes. Any recommendations on where I should try?

I know NEBS, New England Barbecue Society, has cooking classes. Perhaps they are doing a whole hog sometime this year. Their home base is in Maynard, MA. Here is the link to their homepage.
