Default Easy use of Leftovers...

Just wanted to share... This was actually a mistake that happened
Leftover...pulled pork, rice, cheese, salsa verde, black beans... the mistake was, the salsa verde, I thought I had a can of green chiles, but it turned out great! Add more sauce to taste, or even add green chilies to it.
Combine ingredients, and toss...save some for toppings. Heat until cheese is melted and rice is hot...

I'd hit that. You can do all sorts of stuff with rice and beans as the base. Besides, cheese is a food group all on its own!

Much like bacon, I have yet eaten a dish that contained pulled pork that I did not like

Salsa verde is good stuff. I'd hit that too!
