THE Shirley Fabrication Photo Thread

What’s tyler normal response time to emails? I sent a couple last week, no response as yet and I don’t want to hassle him.

Sometimes it will take him a few days to get back to you. He works in the shop all day and answers emails at night.

Hit him up again. Sometimes a few may get past him. Saying that he is 'very busy', would be a major understatement. This young man is git'n after it..as best as any 4 men could. :thumb::thumb::clap:

Never knew they made this.

It's like an addiction. I would check it every couple weeks to see what type of new things were coming out on new folks smokers.

I have a 48" chargrill on my trailer and wishing I didn't. Even when I only load a little bit of lump, it burns so hot, even with inlet and stack almost completely closed, that chicken is typically burnt on the outside and still raw in the middle. Maybe you will have better luck than me.

Good to know, thanks.

I'd think an Assassin grill on a Shirley would be a heck of a combo.

Took my Shirley down to Lake Buchanan this past weekend to visit with Kelley and Bruce at their new home.
Cooked two butts, nakid fatties, Scottie Balls, Cranberry sausage and St Louie ribs! Had a great time.

Look what that nasty snow tried to do to my Shirley! Of course, she just laughed and said "Bring it on!

it is all about fire management and you need to use less lump and every grill cooks different or maybe try using charcoal that doe not burn as hot .

While scrolling through the thread for ideas on a possible trailer build to replace my patio model, I realized my picture post now has broken links, so here is a replacement post.

This is my 24x50 straight back elevated cabinet patio model.
