...and it's even harder to beat rotisserie drums yet cooked over a real fire (cherry and oak splits) It's been a while since I've had these so it was a real treat. Sooo juicy and perfect skin to boot.

If you've used a rotisserie basket you know how the spit rod running the length of the basket gets in the way of your food. That problem has been solved by using the Octoforks to hold the basket from the outside and spin it vertically.

That basket is one I got from Menards but I also have a couple of the SS ones from Onegrill...all are the same size 14"X7.5"

The Menards one is cheap "but" it does have that questionable coating on it. Mine's been torched so no worries with flaking of the coating..it's long gone.
