That looks great - you pulled it at the perfect time. Those roasts are very unforgiving if they're overcooked.

Appreciate it Moose, this was my first ever one like this. I'd like to think rotisserie helps but I pulled it around 140* ish...different spots temp'd different, some spots were 145* and others around 140*

These are very cool roasts I like the handle!

if the stuff was any good they wouldnt have to pull into your driveway.

Schwan's is a very respectable National Brand. This came out of my folks freezer and cooked it for them but gotta say it was fantastic. Heck lots of grocery store meats were frozen and are partially thawed in the refrigeration sections.

Any meats people order online come in dry ice (FROZEN) You wouldn't eat an Omaha Steak?

You don't own a freezer or deep freezer?
