And so I shall......Into the Smoke!!!! To keep them company, I also threw some Pork Chops and a Beef Kielbasa in there as well.....Cook my Precious!!!!! Obligatory Shot of DrumSmoker....And....Rednecked Weather Shelter... I'll check on things in an hour or so........ |

Meaty Update!!!!!
I just love it when my Kielbasa gets all Sweaty...... Super Fast Black Thermopen says Pork Chops are Done!!!! Chuckies are setting @ 140* Look how Juicy my Girls are getting..... I plan to pan and foil around 170* with some Beef Broth and Kahlua then back into the heat ..... |
