In the Market today I was called over by these two lovely cuts of meat...."Here, N8man, takes us homes with you and have your way with us....."


And so I shall......Into the Smoke!!!!


To keep them company, I also threw some Pork Chops and a Beef Kielbasa in there as well.....Cook my Precious!!!!!

Super Fast Black Thermopen says Pork Chops are Done!!!!


Chuckies are setting @ 140* Look how Juicy my Girls are getting.....


I plan to pan and foil around 170* with some Beef Broth and Kahlua then back into the heat .....
