Dad wanted Pulled Pork

Well my dad wanted to try my pulled pork, after my wife bragged about how good it was. Well I was going to just bring the left overs to the shop for him to try. Wouldnt you know I went to grab them and they were gone. My wife ate the rest for dinner. What to do? Well I knew he had a Weber style grill at the shop, so I figured I could smoke one up there for him.

After 2 hours

Done after 7 hours. It was only a 3 pound butt.

Here it is pulled and ready to eat. It was gone in 10 minutes.

This was my first time smoking on a kettle grill and only my second time smoking a shoulder butt. Everyone liked it so I guess I did ok.

I love to smoke on my Weber kettle once in a while, esp. for small cooks. I'll sometimes use a foil pan knda propped up & w/holes in it as a heat shield.
