New guy here!
Great site and community! I have been lurkin anonymously for a few weeks and decided to go ahead and join the brethren! I have been grilling for a number of years on my gasser and have always had a lot of fun. I recently took the plunge and bought a little Brinkman smoker and have had decent results. But like most hobbies in my life I am never satisfied with "decent." :) I am here to elevate my game and learn new tips and tricks.
Again, THANK YOU all for the great information! |
