Not downplaying the wonderful color and doneness of the slices, but that is one of the best sears on the fat I've ever seen. Picanha is scarcer than hen's teeth around here and I'm smack dab in the middle of beef country.

That looks phenomenal. I did a Picanha roast awhile back with a thick coat of TX brisket rub and it was epic.

That's looks awesome. Did you go pretty high heat the whole time, or high to low or low to high?

Nicely done! That fire/fat/salt deal is magic. Picanha might be my favorite cut of beef, esp. on a crusty baguette with chimichurri.
