FireCraft had a employee lunch the other day. Thought I would share. We ended up doing 27 racks of ribs, 90 chicken legs, 2 hotel pans of mac n cheese, 1 hotel pan of beans, hot dogs, and 40lbs of cheeseburgers. Weather wasn't very good but our Chuckwagon held at 250 like a champ!
Nice cook. I remember when I first joined my company. Retreat's, holiday parties, travel for training and meetings were the norm. Soon after I became a manager? Not so much...
