Default Had a busy week last week...

Last week was busy at my place. We had out of town relatives visiting...my wife had to go to the ER, I injured my eye and we had a birthday/anniversary party over the weekend for my daughter and parents.

I was able to get my UDS built in time to get in a few trial runs before the party on saturday. For the party, I made pulled pork and teriyaki chicken. I have updated my blog with all the info of what I made last week so here are the links.

UDS Build:

Hope you all had a great weekend!
Cheers,
Jared

Great job on the blogs, some good looking eats right there. Sorry about the hectic week, hoping all is well with you and your wife.
