Looking for Possible Caterers near Iowa City (Amana Colonies)

My fiance and I are in the very early stages of planning a wedding. Right now, we are thinking of a wedding at the Amana Colonies, near the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area. We both like the idea of having some awesome BBQ at a reception in their barn. I'm not really familiar with any of the BBQ places in that area. Does anyone know of any BBQ restaurants in the area they would recommend and that cater? Heck, it could even be non restaurant affiliated and just a BBQ aficionado, so long as they could handle possibly 150-200 people. I love the idea of someone that would bring a mobile smoker on site and have the smell of wonderful smoked meat wafting through the air, but I don't know how possible that would be.
