Just looking to talk bbq with the big boys. I make the best bbq in my whole yard and my whole head. always ready to learn something new. We raise a lot of our own meat, cut a lot of our own wood, brew a lot of our own sauce, grown from our own garden. smoke using a clay oven that I'm in the process of restoring. Ya can't have brisket or beef ribs without beans. Wouldn't advise eating much pork (name it) without my wife's coleslaw. And it's all good with with water, wine, and brew. Anyone use a kamado out there?:icon_cool
