Hey Folks, Just dropping in to say hello. Been checking out this site for a while and have gotten some great tips. Have been smoking for about eight or nine years. Started with a small bullet smoker moved on to a small off-set from a local hardware store then picked up a Banderra from a friend who was moving back to Texas. Finally bit the bullet (no pun intended) and ordered a Klose Back Yard Chef. The Banderra went to a friend who has made good use of it.
My husband and I are not into competition Q but our friends and family really enjoy what comes out of our pit.
Well, I guess that's it for me - looking forward to a long summer of smoking.
