Default If Mary has a little lamb then that farker just made bank!

Me and my wife had a kraving for Kufta kabobs tonight so yesterday I went out for ground lamb. First of all I had to go to 3 diffrent markets to find it in gound form. When I found it at WallMart it was in prefrozen tubes of mabby 1lb and it cost $8.89!
I still bought it because when the wife has a craving I just do it rather then question it, after all Happy wife = happy life eh gents?

I'm just shocked because for almost $10 i think next time I'm better off putting that into a nice Rib eye or use $10 towards some freah Altaltic Lobster!

It's in the regular grogery stores here at 5.99/lb which is still high.

Sounds very expensive all over. We would pay about $3.50 a pound here in Australia.

Cheers

I agree with Bill, but what does that 3.50 equal in USD?

Last I checked Australian was worth a bit more then CAD which is a hare above USD. So $3.50 might be just over $3. If I was at work right now I could tell you exzactly what they convert to!
